A maximum of two (2) pets is allowed. Rent is $35.00 per pet.

 

Comments: Dogs, cats, birds, and fish are the only pets accepted at our property. Pets must be at least one (1) year of age. No pets over fifty (50) pounds when fully grown. Pet deposit is $200.00 plus a non-refundable $150.00 pet fee. Two (2) pets per apartment will be allowed with a proper deposit.
